A2 doesn't get out much anymore, well not since his nana grounded him for taking the Cressida to the local Maccas for a midnight munchies run. So if you have any news or stories about what's going on out there in the world and you think you can rub two words together, or you just feel like spinning a yarn, here's a short guide on how to contribute to Fast Fours VIP.
Submitting copy
There are four main types of content you can submit to Fast Fours VIP; news, articles, video and pics.
News
Before submitting a news piece use the following checklist as a guide:

stick to the essential information; what, where, when, who, how, how much and what did she look like

to make things as easy as possible for A2, check and double-check all your facts, spelling and grammar.

Video
If you would like to submit some video content to Fast Fours VIP send A2 a mini DV cassette with a 5-minute showreel on it that showcases your work. Send it to:
