Fast Fours wish to make your VIP journey around our site as simple and satisfying as possible. Unfortunately, things don't always go as planned. That's why we have prepared this page to give you some help and provide answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) we receive.
I have lost my password, how do I get a new one?
Within the VIP login strip at the top section of the site, click the HELP button and fill in your user name and press submit to have your password re-sent.
What types of computer systems are compatible with Fast Fours?
Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP, and Macintosh 8.x and OS X computer systems are all compatible with the Fast Fours site.
What types of Internet browser are compatible with Fast Fours?
Windows users: Internet Explorer version 5.0 and later, Netscape Navigator version 4.5 and later
Apple Macintosh users: Internet Explorer version 4.5 and later, Netscape Navigator version 4.5 and later
Why can't I access the content on the site?
In order to access the content you must be a Fast Fours VIP member. To become a member simply go to the homepage and click SIGN UP.
How do I know my credit card details are safe?
Fast Fours uses the most stringent 128 bit encryption devices to ensure both the security of your credit card details and our account details. All of this has been digitally certified by Thawte certificates. We use Westpac as our payment gateway provider and e-Way as our payment processor. For more details click on the Thawte icon on the SIGN UP page or visit www.westpac.com.au
I don't have a credit card, can I still sign up?
Yes! Although it will take slightly longer to get access to the VIP areas. Download the PDF membership form by clicking HERE
. Print out the form, fill out all the necessary information, and post it back to us enclosing a cheque or money order. Once processed your username and password will be sent to you via email!
Why were my credit card details were not accepted?
There are a number of reasons this may have occurred. Check that your details were entered correctly and that you are using a valid credit card. If all your details were entered correctly, proceed to the CONTACT US page and send us an email.
I signed up but I haven't received a password.
You should have received your password in an email from Fast Fours approximately 5-10 minutes after you signed up. If you have been waiting longer than 10 minutes proceed to the CONTACT US page and send us an email.
Why can't I get videos to play?
Fast Fours exclusively uses windows media player for all our video content. If you do not have windows media player installed on your computer just visit www.microsoft.com to download it now.
